Giving as an Act of Worship
We believe that God is the rightful owner of all things and that believers are stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us. In response to the grace of God in the gospel, Christians are called to give regularly, sacrificially, and cheerfully for the support of the church, the relief of the needy, and the spread of the gospel. Giving is an act of worship, not under compulsion, but flowing from a willing and grateful heart (2 Corinthians 9:6-8). Therefore, we encourage members to give regularly, generously, and cheerfully as an expression of our trust in God’s provision and our desire to see Christ honored in all things. All that we have belongs to God, and we seek to steward our resources for His glory, the strengthening of the church, and the proclamation of the gospel.

Special Offerings
We give special offerings to support gospel-centered missions as an expression of our partnership in the advance of Christ’s kingdom. Such giving is a fellowship in the gospel—a sharing in both the labor and the reward, a fragrant offering pleasing to God, and an investment in eternal fruit that abounds to our account. We gladly support those who are sent out by the church for the sake of the name of Christ, that we may be fellow workers for the truth. Therefore, we give willingly and sacrificially, not merely to send others, but to participate with them in the spread of the gospel, trusting that God will use our generosity to uphold His servants and magnify His glory among the nations. Specifically, we primarily give financial support to the Louisville Regional Baptist Association, the Kentucky Baptist Convention, the North American Mission Board, and the International Mission Board.
