Serve
Why Do We Serve?
"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ." -1 Peter 4:10-11
The Holy Spirit gives all Christians gifts, not to be used for our own glory, but to serve others so that the church and the world might see and know Jesus Christ! Here at Walnut Street, we want to help our members use the gifts that God has given them. If you think that God may have equipped you to serve in one of the following ways, please speak to a staff member at church.
